Shahbad JJP MLA Ramkaran Kala joins Congress

Ahead of the Haryana Assembly elections, Shahbad JJP MLA Ramkaran Kala joined Congress on Wednesday along with his supporters and dozens of local leaders. Kala took membership of Congress under the leadership of former Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda and Congress State President Choudhary Udaibhan. In addition to this, Kuldeep Kakran, who was BJP candidate from Kharkhoda in 2014 elections, and Jai Singh Bishnoi, former Information Commissioner, also left the party and joined Congress.   Hooda and Chaudhary Udaibhan welcomed all the leaders and workers who joined the party and assured them of their former respect. Hooda said all the leaders have taken the right decision at the right time.

“This decision will pay off in the upcoming elections and will prove helpful in forming the Congress government. It is clear from the continuous joining and the public support being received for the party's programs that there is a wave of Congress in Haryana. This time it is certain that Congress will form the government in Haryana,” he stated.
