All India Congress Committee President Mallikarjun Kharge will reach Jharkhand on Monday at 9:30 am, where he will address two election meetings.

In the first meeting, he will address the election meeting in favor of Congress candidate JP Patel at Barhi in Hazariba at 10 am. In the second meeting, he will address the election meeting at Kundri Ground in Latehar at 12 o'clock in favor of Congress candidate KN Tripathi from Chatra Lok Sabha seat.

Giving information, Jharkhand Pradesh Congress General Secretary cum Media In-charge Rakesh Sinha said that along with Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge, Jharkhand in-charge Ghulam Ahmed Mir and State Congress President Rajesh Thakur will also address the election meeting.

Pradeep Yadav, Congress candidate of India Alliance from Godda Lok Sabha seat, will file election nomination on May 13. A public meeting has also been organized after the nomination. In which many people including veteran Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge will be present. This public meeting has been organized at the fair ground in Godda. In which there will be a great gathering of veteran leaders of India alliance.

Regarding nomination, Congress District President Dinesh Yadav said that Pradeep Yadav will go to the Collectorate to file nomination in the normal way. After this a big public meeting will be held at Godda fair ground.

  Meanwhile, a  meeting of Ranchi Lok Sabha Election Campaign Committee was held under the chairmanship of Ranchi Parliamentary Constituency Convener Rajesh Yadav. State RJD Election Campaign Committee Convenor Gautam Sagar Rana was present as the chief guest in the meeting.

It was decided in the meeting that all the nominated members of Ranchi Lok Sabha Election Campaign Committee will hold all 6 Assembly-wise general meetings, street meetings and road shows in favor of the India Alliance supported Congress candidate Yashaswani Sahay from Ranchi Lok Sabha.

Shahdeo demands apology from Cong prez

BJP state spokesperson Pratul Shahdev, while addressing the press conference at the media center in Maru Tower today, demanded an apology from Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge for making public misrepresentations on various issues during his visit to Jharkhand.
