JP former state president and party Rajya Sabha MP Deepak Prakash today participated in the 110th episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's special program Mann Ki Baat with party workers as well as local residents at booth number 358 of ward number 40 under Khijri assembly.

On the occasion, Prakash said that it is a matter of pride for all of us that the country has got such a Prime Minister who communicates directly with the people of the country through this program not only on politics but also on all the important aspects of the country. Prakash said that Prime Minister has brought many social reforms in different areas of the country through his Mann Ki Baat program.

Today Modi ji launched the initiative "My first vote - for the country" launched by the Election Commission. Through this, especially first time voters, brothers and sisters were urged to vote in maximum numbers. He said that India is proud of its youth power full of enthusiasm and energy. The more our youth participate in the electoral process, the more beneficial its results will be for the country.

Prakash said that through today's episode, the Prime Minister created energy among the people to work more in this direction by discussing the people who preserve the language and culture of the country.

Prakash said that through today's episode, the Prime Minister discussed goat rearing and employment generation as well as innovations being done for the welfare of wildlife through Manikastu Agro Scheme which will prove to be a milestone in generating employment in rural areas.

Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said that his monthly ‘Mann Ki Baat’ broadcast will not be aired for the next three months in view of the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.

Ahead of the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections, PM Modi said there is a possibility that the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) will be enforced in March as it was done during the last polls as well, a reference to the tentative announcement of the election schedule next month.

“Although Mann Ki Baat is a program of the people for the people, of the people and by the people but maintaining political decorum, ‘Mann Ki Baat’ won’t be broadcast for the next three months given upcoming Lok Sabha polls”, PM Modi said.

“When we meet next time, it will be the 111th episode and this is an auspicious number, what could be better than starting with this number next time”, PM added.
