The cleanliness fortnight at the Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalay (IGRMS) witnessed a significant event on Friday as a Poster/ Painting Competition highlighting the importance of swachhta (cleanliness) and health was organized at 10:00 AM in the Sangrahalay premises.
A total of 16 students representing 4 different schools participated in the competition, showcasing their creativity and understanding of the themes of cleanliness and its impact on health. The competition aimed to raise awareness among the youth about the crucial link between cleanliness and overall well-being, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a clean environment for personal and public health. Participants were encouraged to express their ideas and perspectives through their artwork, depicting various aspects of cleanliness, hygiene practices, and their significance in promoting good health.
The event provided a platform for young minds to creatively engage with the concept of swachhta and its broader implications on individual and community health, fostering a sense of responsibility towards maintaining cleanliness in their surroundings.
