Friday, 21 June 2024 | Staff Reporter | New Delhi

The BJP workers of Rohini Assembly constituency led by BJP MLA Vijender Gupta held a grand event at JMD Tents, Sector 10, Rohini, to celebrate Prime Minister Narendra  Modi's hat-trick in the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections.

The newly appointed Minister of State Harsh Malhotra and the newly elected MP from North West Delhi Lok Sabha seat Yogender Chandolia were warmly received by a large gathering in Rohini.

At a 'Dhanyawad Samaroh' organised on the occasion, booth-level party workers were honoured for their dedication and efforts in securing the BJP candidates' victory. Forty office-bearers from the top three booths with the highest margins of votes cast in favour of the BJP candidate,  were felicitated for their commendable work.

In his address, Minister Malhotra hailed the BJP victory in all Delhi parliamentary seats "despite the unholy alliance of Congress and AAP". He pointed out that Kejriwal's call of 'jail ka jawab vote se' failed to evoke much response from the voters, demonstrating that the people have zero tolerance for corruption.

MP Yogender Chandolia expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the voters for his win with the highest margin in Delhi. He specifically thanked the Rohini Assembly voters for their overwhelming support and pledged to work tirelessly to meet their expectations.

MLA Vijender Gupta highlighted the ongoing development projects in the Rohini Assembly area, asserting that Rohini consistently excels in all areas of development. He also asserted that the Kejriwal government was nearing its collapse and was almost non-functional, with complete absence of coordination among ministers and their departments.
