Under the aegis of Jharkhand Prajapati Kumhar Mahasangh, talent felicitation ceremony cum district conference was organized at Nagar Bhavan. In the conference, first of all, garlands and floral tributes were placed on the portrait of the respected former district president of the federation, late Harihar Prasad Prajapati. On the occasion, former State President cum former Chairman of Mati Kala Board Srichand Prajapati, State President Dev Narayan Prajapati, State General Secretary Ishwar Chandra Prajapati, Akhaj Prajapati, Vikram Mahato, Ajay Prajapati inaugurated the function by lighting the lamp. 

Chief guest SP Harish Bin Zaman was present in the first session of the program. SP wished the students a bright future and said that they should set their goals and work honestly. Former Chairman of Mati Kala Board, Srichandra said that just as potters carve clay and make it valuable, in the same way, through education, we can build our future as well as develop the society. In the second session, State President Devnarayan Prajapati explained in detail about the educational, social, economic and political strength and participation of the society. 

State General Secretary Ishwar Chandra said that the organization work of the federation is going on in 24 districts of the state. This talent honor ceremony cum district conference program is for this purpose. On the occasion, the meritorious girl students were honored with certificates and medals by the SP and visiting guests. On this occasion, District Committee was elected for the upcoming session in which District President Saroj Prajapati, General Secretary Shyam Prajapati and Treasurer Pradeep Prajapati were made. Chatra District President Gautam Kumar Ajay Prajapati Hariom Prajapati etc. addressed the function. People of the society were present on this occasion.
