Tributes paid to Rajiv Gandhi on martyrdom day in Bokaro

Under the leadership of Bokaro District Congress President Umesh Prasad Gupta, a tribute was paid to the former Prime Minister, Bharat Ratna, and the architect of modern India, Rajiv Gandhi, at the statue in front of Bokaro Airport on his martyrdom day. The event included a discussion on his contributions and legacy.

 

Umesh Gupta highlighted that Rajiv Gandhi was the pioneer of the telecommunications revolution in India. He laid the foundation for the technology we use today, including mobile phones, television, and telecommunication devices. He emphasized that the entire nation remembers such an immortal martyr today. Furthermore, he pointed out that the current state of affairs in the country is the responsibility of the present government and reiterated the need for Congress to lead the nation once again.

 

Among those present at the event were Satyendra Yadav, Haji Abdul Malik, Jitendra Yadav, Qamrul Hasan, Prem Paswan, Randhir Kumar, Amanat Rafiq, Ashok Singh, Neelu Dubey, Armaan Shah, and Ajay Sharma.
