The Indian Crossword League (IXL) 2025 continues to captivate solvers worldwide as the second weekly online round concluded with a thrilling display of crossword prowess.

Eric Agard (USA) claimed the top spot, followed closely by Matthew Marcus (USA) and Ramki Krishnan (India), forming a formidable top three that has also led the cumulative leaderboard so far.

In a field brimming with talent and international representation, the competition in the second round was intense and exhilarating.

Participants from across India and around the globe went head-to-head in a timed online challenge that tested their wordplay, general knowledge, and mental agility.

The Top 10 Performers – Round 2 IXL 2025 includes Eric Agard (USA), Matthew Marcus (USA, Ramki Krishnan (India), Sohil Bhagat (India).

This week’s results reaffirm the global nature of IXL 2025, with five Indian and five international solvers making it to the Top 10. Notably, last week’s top three — Eric Agard, Matthew Marcus, and Ramki Krishnan — have maintained their dominance, consolidating their positions at the summit of the cumulative leaderboard.

Meanwhile, other international talents such as Philip Coote (Australia) and Neville Fogarty (USA) are steadily climbing the ranks and are expected to challenge the frontrunners in the coming weeks.

The anticipation builds as the third weekly online round of IXL 2025 is scheduled for Sunday, 28th September 2025. With the leaderboard heating up and new challengers emerging each week, crossword enthusiasts are in for another gripping contest, said a press release by the organisers.
