Not everybody is as blessed with the sense of creativity like the 16 students who got shortlisted for the State level rounds for Bal Shree Award. These sixteen talented students will represent Ranchi at the state level competition to be held in Bokaro. The students qualifying the State level round will be competing finally with the students from all over India in Delhi.
After rigorous processes of sessions and with the help renowned resource persons of Jharkhand, the Jharkhand State Bal Bhavan under the aegis of Citizens Foundation has selected the students and will finally send shortlisted students from Jharkhand to Delhi.
“Talent surpasses every obstacle. We are hopeful that like every year, this year also students from the State will perform well. We will groom and brush their skills as much as we can, so that they can perform well in the successive competitions. We will try to provide our full support to all the budding talents,” said Ganesh Reddy, Secretary of Citizen Foundation.
In creative arts stream, Nitin Ghosh, Adrijaa Sarkar, Ananya Sharma and
Subhranshu Bose got selected for painting whereas Sumit Dutta was selected for Sculpture.Shourya Deep (theatre), Kumar Aditya Pandey and Nandita Paul (Vocal Music) Anushka Kumari (Dance) were selected in creative performance stream. Sheersh Sen and Abhigyan Dwivedi qualified for Scientific Innovation. For Creative Writing Shreyan Ganguly, Vivian Karan Saraf, Sehrish Amber and Apoorv Harsh were selected.
