Hisar MP Dushyant Chautala on Thursday said that the membership drive for his political outfit 'Jannayak Janata Party' will begin in January next year.
“Door-to-door campaign will be held to connect with the people of the state and hold party’s membership drive from next month,” Dushyant said while talking to the mediapersons.
He said that his political outfit 'Jannayak Janata Party' (JJP) will soon announce its state executive committee.
On supporting a political party in the ensuing municipal elections in the state, Dushyant said that the JJP will not support any party.
Former INLD leader, Dushyant had on December 9 formally launched JJP, which will contest both Lok Sabha and Assembly polls scheduled next year in Haryana
The INLD had split following differences between Ajay Chautala and his younger brother Abhay Chautala, sons of INLD chief OP Chautala.
Dushyant said his fight is on principles and that the new party would fight for the rights of people of Haryana.
He had won the Hisar parliamentary seat on the INLD symbol
Notably, OP Chautala had expelled three family members from the party—first his grandsons Hisar MP Dushyant and Digvijay, and then elder son Ajay—for alleged “anti-party activities”.
