NHRCI observes Human Rights Day

The National Human Rights Committee of India (NHRCI), Odisha State unit observed the International Human Rights Day under chairmanship of its chairman Diptimayee Kar here on Monday.

Former DGP Sanjeev Marik and NHRCI State unit chief advisor Subhranshu Bhusan Sarangi and legal advisor Kabiraj Sahoo attended as guests. In the meeting, discussions were held on fundamental rights of every human being among the guests and participants. Later, the human rights activists took oath to fight for the rights of common people who are being tortured in the society.
