Unleashing a blitzkrieg of poll rallies, the Bharatiya Janata Party is organising 52 public meetings across Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday. These rallies will be addressed by party president Amit Shah and nine Union ministers besides Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and his ministerial colleagues.
BJP spokesman Chandra Mohan said that Vijay Sankalp meetings had been planned in such a way that they would cover all divisional headquarters.
“The leaders will go to the people with just one resolve — that Narendra Modi should once again be made prime minister of the country,” he said.
Amit Shah has already kicked off Vijay Sankalp Abhiyan in UP from Agra on Sunday.
“Amit Shah will address rally in Moradabad on Tuesday while Yogi Adityanath will address Vijay Sankalp sabhas in Gorakhpur and Varanasi. BJP state president Mahendra Nath Pandey will hold meeting in Chandauli,” the BJP spokesman said.
Among the Union ministers to address the public meetings on Tuesday, Sushma Swaraj and Gen (Retd.) VK Singh will address rallies in Ghaziabad, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi in Amroha, Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti in Firozabad, Santosh Gangwar and Krishna Raj in Shahjahanpur, Shiv Pratap Shukla in Faizabad, Manoj Sinha in Ghosi and Smriti Irani in Jaunpur.
Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Dinesh Sharma will be addressing meetings in Phulpur and Amethi, respectively.
Among UP ministers, Dharampal Singh will address a rally in Aonla, Suresh Khanna in Pilibhit, Swami Prasad Maurya in Budaun, SP Singh Baghel and Sidharth Nath Singh in Etah, Shrikant Sharma in Fatehpur Sikri, Suresh Rana in Aligarh, Laxmi Narain in Hathras, Mukut Bihari Verma in Hardoi, Ramapati Ram Shastri at Shrawasti, Brajesh Pathak in Akbarpur, Satyadeo Pachauri in Jalaun, Satish Mahana in Farrukhabad, Nand Gopal Gupta ‘Nandi’ in Banda, Archana Pandey in Hamirpur, Rajendra Singh Moto in Sultanpur, Surya Pratap Shahi in Salempur, Rita Bahuguna Joshi in Sant Kabir Nagar, Dara Singh Chauhan in Azamgarh and Jai Pratap Singh in Deoria.
