A seminar for customers of all branches of the Central Bank of India was organised across the State Capital on Wednesday; new product Cent Platinum was introduced to the customers.
At the beginning of the programme, Regional Manager Bhopal, VN Singh welcomed all the participants gave a brief description of the main features.
On this occasion details of the new customer friendly deposit product of the bank “Cent Platinum' were also provided to the participants.
Highlighting the usefulness of the meeting, Deputy General Manager Balaji Rao said that the not only the customers of the bank but also customers of a partner bank and member of the bank family should share that they are atisfied with the services and products of the bank and what are expectations which could help to improve.
He said that Central Bank is also the convener of the State Level Bankers' Committee and maintains the main role in implementing all public utility schemes of the government through the bank.
The customers present praised the bank's customer service, a customer Ajit Shrivastava suggested that banks are able to improve the standard of living of anyone through financial assistance, hence by encouraging them to be new entrepreneurs through this means more actively by promoting entrepreneurship and alone with this work should be done as to "how to get loan from banks" by the general public and made aware and trained from time to time.
