Popular Odia cinema comedian Premananda Barik was killed after falling off a moving train near Tapang railway station in Khurda district on Saturday. He was 52. Barik was going to his niece’s house when the mishap occurred. Barik was a resident of Gurujang Nandasahi under the Khordha municipality area and worked an employee the Khordha head post office. He had acted in a number of Odia films. He was popularly known as Prema in the Ollywood. A pal of gloom descended in his village and in the Ollywood industry for his untimely demise.
