The State’s Urban Development and Housing Minister Madan Kaushik has directed the officials of the Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority (MDDA) to come up with a digital master-plan for Dehradun and Mussoorie. While chairing a meet to review works of the MDDA, Kaushik said that after Dehradun, a master plan for Mussoorie would be implemented.
