BJP election strategist Om Prakash Mathur under whose guidance the BJP won Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections is camping in Jharkhand overseeing election preparations. Mathur, reached State Capital today, had series of meeting with BJP leaders overseeing election preparations. A senior BJP leader requesting anonymity said, “Mathur will camp in State for next few days as Prime Minister Narendra Modi is to visit State participating at an election rally in State.
PM Modi is scheduled to hold election rally on November 25 at Daltonganj and Gumla.” Both Gumla and Daltonganj will go on poll in first phase scheduled on November 30.

The BJP leader said, “Mathur is good omen for BJP as he has been recording victories for BJP in states where he has been assigned the task. He was election in-charge of Maharashtra in 2014 and Uttar Pradesh in 2017.
We are hopeful that Mathur’s strategy and election management will once again work in Jharkhand too.”
