nChaos marred the Chhattisgarh assembly session on Monday as the opposition members of BJP created ruckus over the alleged leak of judicial commission report on Sarkeguda encounter of 2012.
The opposition members also moved breach of privilege motion and were pushing for immediate discussion over the matter.
BJP legislators Shivratan Sharma, Ajay Chandrakar and Narayan Chandel accompanied by JCC-J legislator were demanding discussion on the motion which they moved against the Chief Minister for alleged leakage of the report.
Speaker Charandas Mahant tried to pacify them, asserting that the matter was now under his consideration. Amid chaos, the Speaker later adjourned the House for five minutes.
Admitting that judicial commission submitted its report, Chief Minister Baghel assured that no one would be spared in Sarkeguda case and that guilty would be punished.
