Vigilance Awareness Week commenced at the Airports Authority of India (AAI), Regional Headquarters, Northern Region, with lighting lamp by M Suresh, regional executive director, on Monday. The integrity pledge was administrated by Suresh in the presence of Amita Verma, Jt GM (Vigilance). Other HODs and employees of RHQ-NR were also present. This year’s theme was Integrity: A Way of Life and various activities were also conducted.
During the week, activities and competitions such as poster making, slogan writing and essay writing competition and quizzes will be conducted for employees and their families. Apart from these; a one-day workshop has been organised wherein JK Khanna, IPS, DG (Police)-Rtd, has been invited for delivering a lecture to apprise employees on the ‘Concept and Role of Independent External Monitors (IEMs).’ E-Pledge counters will be set up for taking the same.
