‘Quality civic facilities to be a priority during Covid-19 times’

This is the basic duty of the municipal corporation to provide better civic facilities to the public of Hazaribag town during Corona period as well as in general days. The Municipal Corporation should be more careful in the recovery of the revenue. The employees must adopt the better work culture and discipline in the organization,” said Municipal Commissioner Madhavi Mishra in her first review meeting in the conference hall of administration on Thursday. She said that the corporation is playing a vital role in the town cleanliness and other civic facilities.Mishra said that in the Covid- 19 period, the corporation must be attentive in the field which comes under the preview of the corporation. She said that the cleanliness work of the corporation is not satisfactory.

For providing the better civic facilities, the corporation must increase their revenue.

She further said that there must be mutual coordination and adjustment among the staff. This is the duty of the officers of the corporation to realize the permanent staff, contract staff and NGO for their objects and responsibility.

Mishra clearly indicated in the meeting that the groupism, carelessness and politics will not be tolerated in the organization. The employees must be aware of the goodwill of the corporation. They should not do any work which will damage the image of the corporation.

She has given the direction to cleanliness and electricity in the campus of the Hazaribag Lake. This spot is used by the public of the Hazaribag for morning and evening walk.

She has given the direction to available the equipment in sufficient quantity to the employees for the cleanliness in the town. She assured to solve the problem of the dumping yard.
