ACP Traffic killed in a road accident

A 55 year-old Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) of Delhi Police after being hit from a speeding vehicle near Rajokri flyover in National Capital on Saturday. 

The ACP, Sanket Kaushik, was posted in Delhi Traffic Police. 

According to a senior police official, the incident occured on Saturday night and a Tata 407 hit him.
"He was rushed to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) where he was declared brought dead," said the senior police official.

Meanwhile, police teams are searching for the driver of the Tata 407, who fled the spot after the incident.
