State government of Saturday issued notification making 1987 batch IAS officer Sukhdeo Singh as the new Chief Secretary of Jharkhand. Singh was posted as Development Commissioner with additional charge of Additional CS of Home, Prisons and Disaster Management and Commercial Taxes departments along with MD of GRDA.According to the notification the posting will be effective from April 01, 2020, when incumbent CS Dr DK Tiwari will retire from his post.
The government also transferred and posted 1994 batch IAS officer Rajeev Arun Ekka as Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister.
