With aim to boost “Make in India” campaign and reduce India’s dependence on construction equipment imports, Sany India launched its first “Made in India” piling rig, “SR235”, for all arduous applications, from soft soil to hard rock. “With the launch of our first-ever ‘made in India’ SR235 piling rig, Sany India has reaffirmed its commitment to the ‘vocal for local’ initiative,” said Sanjay Saxena, vice president & business head, heavy equipment, Sany Heavy Industry India Pvt Ltd.
