Free Yoga programme held at Vajpayee Hindi University

A free yoga programme was launched on Saturday at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi University.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan inaugurated the programme "Yog Se Nirog". Under it a free yoga exercise programme was launched to increase the moral and health of the patients suffering COVID-19.

The programme was specifically directed for home isolation patients to practice meditation, asanas and pranayama through online medium.

Yoga volunteers will be trained by Yoga instructors. It was announced in the program that everyone should be encouraged to include Yoga as a lifestyle.

In this wonderful and effective program, eminent institutions and equities of the country put forward their views and all assured cooperation as much as possible.

Vice Chancellor of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi University (Bhopal), Prof. Ramdev Bhardwaj said to cooperate as much as possible on behalf of the University. For this unmatched work, he said that Yoga is the root of human life.

More than 50 students of the Yoga and Human Consciousness Department Department  including Yoga instructor, Rahul Sharma got registered for this programne. The students of Yoga Department took a pledge to do this work with full intent and selfless service.

The students of the Yoga Department of the University, the President of Madhya Pradesh Yoga Sports Association, Ved Prakash Sharma and the President of Indian Yoga Association (Madhya Pradesh),  Pushpanjali Sharma, actively participated in this programme.

University Registrar Yashwant Singh Patel said that the University is committed to make full contribution to this programme.

Bhupendra Kumar concluded the program by thanking all the equities and trainees.
