Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang said that the Government is working with full eagerness and commitment to face the challenge of Corona infection. Covid Care Centers are being started in every district. Rs 104 crore has been allocated to the districts to tackle Corona crisis. With this amount, the district collector will immediately make necessary arrangements to deal with the Corona crisis.
Sarang gave this information while talking to media persons on Saturday. Sarang informed that Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan is conducting review every day on the condition of Corona and other arrangements including treatment in the state. He is also constantly interacting with the District Crisis Management Groups also. Action is being taken on the suggestions received from the Crisis Management Groups. In a meeting with the Cabinet members on Saturday, Chouhan has decided that the decisions should be taken in the district itself as per the situation of the districts.
Sarang informed that the Chief Minister has entrusted the responsibility of arrangements for Corona in the districts to the Ministers. The State Government wants to keep the public updated about all the arrangements with full responsibility. He said that adequate arrangements are also available in the state with adequate beds.
Additional Chief Secretary Health Mohammad Suleman gave a presentation on the status, arrangements and public awareness campaign about Corona to media representatives. Additional Chief Secretary, Home gave information about the lockdown and Corona curfew in the state. Commissioner, Health Sanjay Goyal was also present.
