Himachal Urban Development Minister Suresh Bhardwaj on Wednesday said that Shimla has secured first rank in the sustainable development goals urban index report released by NITI Aayog. The SDGs index took into account 56 urban areas for measuring SDGs indicators in areas related to ending poverty.
