Ayodhya Nagar police have nabbed one miscreants and recovered jewellery worth Rs 50000 from his possession on Sunday.
Acting on a tip off regarding a youth who was carrying stolen goods near phase 5 Ayodhya Nagar in the evening on Sunday was nabbed and when he was questioned by the police he tried to mislead the police but later confessed that the goods are stolen said police.
The accused was were identified as Deepak Ahirwar ( 21) of Cresher Shukla basti Ayodhya Nagar. Nabbed accused have past criminal record and was involved in burglary and thefts in different areas of the Police said that the accused had confessed burglary in Bhawani Dham phase 1Ayodhya Nagar.The accused had targeted other houses im Piplani and Govindpura areas but failed in the attempt. From Ayodhya Nagar he had burgled valuables worth Rs 50000.Police claimed that more valuables would be recovered from the accused and it is possible that more miscreants would be nabbed who were involved in the crimes and disposing the stolen goods.
