Webinar on Dance in India held

A webinar on Dance in India was held on Saturday. It was organised by Sage University of Bhopal city. Rakhi Dubey, Director and Dance Guru of Kalandhika Nritya Natya Sanstha Samiti talked about "Dance in India". In which Sage University Assistant Professor Suraj Sharma was the moderator. In keeping with the idea of Respected Prime Minister's Digital India and due to Corona, this gathering was organised online.

In the Sage Talk, Rakhi Dubey spoke about the dance, what is the contribution of Indian dance and classical dance in India and what are the activities to provide education in it and what is the scope of it in future. He also told that learning and doing dance is very useful for health, which keeps the balance of the body and yoga is hidden in classical dance, there are many such steps, many postures that are done by balancing the fluctuations of blood circulation and breathing.

One good thing is that "classical dance requires hard dance, hard work and meditation, it demands time but when it is proven, it gives a lifetime of fame".

Apart from this, he told how the economic status can be strengthened by classical dance and what is its contribution in the country and abroad.

HOS  Swati Sharma of Sage of Performing Arts, Apoorva Dutt Mishra, theater, classical and Sufi singer Anirudh Saxena were present in this meeting.

The students of arts along with the sage group participated in this classical dance gathering.

The sage University has been doing a lot of such sage talks and will continue to do so that even the participants sitting in the far drawers can get virtual knowledge by participating.
