Stress Management Programme at St Xavier’s School

 

A two-day programme on Stress Managament was organized by the Brain Dynamics Trust on July 21 and 22 at St Xavier’s School Dhurwa, Ranchi. Director of Brain Dynamics Trust Dr Bhagyashri Kar gave suggestions to teachers and students about stress management and shared information about the same. It was also informed as to how one can improve academics and manage stress by adopting a proper time table. Chief Speaker, Dr Dharmendra Rajak, Assistant Professor, Department of Psychology, Kolhan University, Chaibasa, informed students about making a proper balance in studies to lead a healthier life. More than 150 students participated in the programme, where Principal of Brain Dynamics Surojeet Banerjee, Psychologist Neera Kumari, Kamini Kumar and AUH intern Samriddhi Sah participated.

 

Freedom fighters’ kin felicitated at RRD

 

MLA Ranchi, CP Singh today honoured the families of freedom fighters in a programme organized at Ranchi Railway Station under the "Azadi Ki Train and Station" festival in the presence of DRM Pradeep Gupta. On the last day of the "Azadi Ki Train and Station" festival Shakuntala Devi, wife of Late Vishnu Prasad Singh, Pushpa Jaiswal, wife of late Nand Kishore Bhagat, Usha Devi, wife of late Rameshwar Prasad, Saurav Manjari Singh, and Mulair Devi, wife of Late Anirudh Mahto were honoured. ADRM (Operations) Manish Kumar, Senior Divisional Personnel Officer Manik Shankar, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager-cum-Chief Public Relations Officer Nishant Kumar, Divisional Security Commissioner  Prashant Yadav and other officers on the occasion of the honour ceremony of the families of freedom fighters.

 

AGM of JSTT Association held in Rajrappa

 

 

 

The Annual General Meeting of Jharkhand State Table Tennis Association was held in Rajrappa during which the financial expenditures for the year 2020-21 was passed. General Secretary of the state table tennis association Jai Kumar Sinha asked the members to organise inter school competitions in their respective areas which will help to develop interest among the students towards table tennis. In the AGM it was unanimously decided that in 2023 a national level table tennis tournament will be organised in Jharkhand prior to that in October month the first major ranking championship will be held in Jamshedpur while the second will be held in Chatra. Ramgarh district has been assigned the task to organise a state level tournament in October. A total of 15 agendas were brought into the AGM which were passed after detailed discussion.
