Under the Iconic Week of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav being celebrated at Bokaro Steel Plant various programs are being organized in BSL. In this series a skit on “Sanitation Awareness” was staged by the children of Shree Ayappa Public School Bokaro at Ispat Bhawan Complex on 5th July. On this occasion, Executive Director (Personnel and Administration) Sanjay Kumar, Chief General Manager-in-Charge (City Services) BS Popli, CGM (HRD) Manish Jalota, CGM (CED) Shaligram Singh, CGM (Security) Manoj Kumar, CGM (Vigilance) and ACVO Arun Kumar along with other senior officers and a large number of personnel were present.
Through this skit composed by Tanu Srivastava and directed by V Bhasil, teachers of Shree Ayappa Public School Bokaro , children gave a message about the diseases spread due to lack of toilets in the village and its various side effects . Children Madhu, Geeta, Babita Singh etc., who acted in the skit, played their roles well. During the skit, the background music was given by Balram Majumdar which brought alive the rural environment. The audience praised the children's role in the skit. At the end of the skit, the children administered the cleanliness oath to the audience.
