The Chhattisgarh      government has suspended two      village panchayat secretaries in Mungeli district, it was announced on Saturday. D.S. Rajput, Chief Executive Officer of Mungeli District Panchayat, suspended Rajpur village panchayat secretary Arjun Yadav and Ujiarpur village panchayat secretary Balramdas Manikpuri, an official statement said. Yadav was suspended for not purchasing cow dung and not cooperating in works related to Gautahn in the village, it said. The reason behind the suspension            of Manikpuri was negligence              in Gautahn construction, non-        cooperation in vaccination drives and not taking interest in implementing flagship schemes, the release said. During the suspension, Yadav will be attached at the Mungeli Janpad Panchayat office and Manikpuri will be in Lormi Janpad Panchayat Headquarters office.
