Chief Electoral Officer Anupam Rajan said that elaborate arrangements have been made in all the 6 Lok Sabha parliamentary constituencies for voting to be held on April 19 for the first phase of Lok Sabha elections-2024. Extensive security arrangements have also been made in all the polling areas.
An air ambulance has been arranged at Jabalpur Airport as part of special security arrangements in Naxal affected areas. Similarly, a helicopter has been stationed at Police Line Balaghat to deal with any emergency.
