East Singhbhum MLA Saryu Roy yet another time has thrown a solvo of questions against Dhanbad BJP candidate for Lok Sabha and has asked from BJP  leaders are words mentioned in declaration made by BJP via news paper publication,as per Election commission norms are really true . 

Talking to media here Roy said , the BJP mentioned in its declaration that Dhulu Mahto happens to be the best choice among available party workers despite having several criminal cases pending against him in different police stations and court. 

Roy said as per publication made by BJP minimum 22 different  sections under which case have been filed happen to be of grievous nature and if in any case Mahto is convicted would have to resign and Dhanbad would have to undergo a midterm election . And if a person of this nature has been given a ticket is surprising .

He also met families whose land allegedly had been grabbed in Katras area by Dhullu Mahto . Rai said he had received phone calls from victims whose land had been allegedly grabbed  by the Baghmara MLA. 

Meanwhile, in another move, state Janta Dal U has decided to support NDA candidates across Jharkhand. 

Talking to the media, national council member Sushil Kumar Singh said that as directed by national president Nitish Kumar, the party stands by the NDA candidates. 

Replying to a query Singh said , Dhullu Mahto happens to be a champion of poor sections of society  . On criminal cases against BJP candidate Singh said all cases are not true . Giving his own example how he too was framed in a fake case , he said ,Some have been levelled out of bias .
