Distinguished literary figures and social workers honoured in Bokaro

The fifth annual celebration of the International Women's Poetry Forum's Bokaro unit witnessed an enriching poetry symposium on Sunday, where the stream of literature flowed delightfully, captivating the esteemed audience.

 

Under the auspices of the forum's founder, Naresh Naz, the inaugural ceremony saw the lighting of the lamp by members of the organizing committee, followed by melodious renditions by Smrita and Deeptimayi Nishank.

 

The welcoming songs by Sheila Tiwari, Kranti Srivastava, Richa Pradarshini, Soni Kumari, and Neelam Jha set the tone for the event, while Karuna Kalika, Deepti Jha, and Jayanti Singh presented Saraswati Vandana.

 

The proceedings were efficiently conducted by Smrita and Deeptimayi Nishank, while Kajal Bhalotia, chairperson of the forum, provided a detailed overview of the activities planned for the event. State Secretary Archana Ashk Mishra provided comprehensive information about the program's itinerary.

 

Renowned literary figures such as Deepti Jha, Jyotirmoy De Rana, Neelam Jha, Smrita, Renuka Sinha, Kranti Srivastava, Richa Priyadarshini, Deeptimayi Nishank, Karuna Kalika, Soni Kumari, Mala, Sheila Tiwari, Reena Yadav, Jayanti Singh, Snigdha Bose, Dr. Asha Pushp, Supriya Kumari, Archana Ashk Mishra, and Kajal Bhalotia presented their compositions, leaving the audience spellbound with their beautiful presentations of "Neela Rang Chadha Jo Mujh Par, Abtak Na Utara".

In recognition of their significant contributions to social activities, the Women's Committee, Marwari Women's Committee, Bokaro Rotary Club, Chas Rotary Club, JCI Presidents, and eminent literary figures such as Brahmanand Goswami, Parmeshwar Bharti, Dayanand Singh, Anil Srivastava, and social worker-cum-writers Gangesh Kumar Pathak and Arun Pathak were honored by the forum.
