The Annual Dissection and Histology Drawing Competition were organized by the Department of Anatomy, AIIMS Bhopal on Wednesday.
On this occasion, Professor (Dr.) Ajai Singh, Executive Director of AIIMS Bhopal was the chief guest. He carefully observed the dissection done by the students and also asked questions related to it. Along with asking questions, he explained the children about different organs.
Professor Singh also awarded prizes to the winning participants of the Dissection and Histology Drawing Competition. Expressing his views, Professor Singh said that I see a better future in the medical field in these students and the dissection done by these students today definitely reflects their knowledge and their dedication.
All the children who participated in today's competition should be rewarded, because everyone has done their work with hard work and dedication. 125 first year MBBS students participated in this dissection competition. A total of five teams were formed from these 125 students, who demonstrated their knowledge based on dissection techniques and anatomy. Each team had to dissect different parts of the human body.
