The inauguration of the 'Green Oasis Garden,' developed by the C.E.D. department near the Mansa Singh Gate of the Bokaro Steel Plant, was officiated by the Plant Director-in-Charge, B.K. Tiwari. Alongside the garden's opening, DIC Tiwari also planted a commemorative tree on the premises.
Present at the event were the Executive Director (Finance & Accounts), Suresh Rangani, the Executive Director (Personnel & Administration,works), Rajan Prasad, and various department heads and divisional chiefs.
Notably the garden features a renovated water fountain now transformed into a motorized one, along with the installation of lights and the creation of a water fall, which serves as the centerpiece attraction. Shaligram Singh, Chief General Manager (C.E.D.), highlighted that similar gardens are being constructed and rejuvenated within the plant premises.
The transformation of this area into a garden owes much to the significant contribution of Rahul Ranjan, Manager at C.E.D., and other colleagues.
Among those present were C.E.D.'s General Manager, R.K. Patro, Assistant General Manager, B. Chandra, Mohd Kashif, P. Minz, A.K. Dheeraj, along with other employees and contract workers of C.E.D.
