The second randomization of polling personnel in Giridih constituency's NIC room marked a pivotal moment in the electoral preparations. Under the watchful eyes of General Observer,  Arun Mahesh Babu, and DC/DEO  Vijaya Jadhav, the process unfolded with meticulous attention to transparency and fairness.

This randomization was a comprehensive affair, involving the selection of personnel for various crucial positions, such as Presiding Officers and Polling Officers One, Two, and Three. By ensuring representation across these roles, the electoral team aimed to foster inclusivity and efficiency in the upcoming polls.

The presence of esteemed dignitaries added weight to the occasion, with DDC and Returning Officer,  Sandeep Kumar, and Assistant Electoral Officers Gomiya and Moh. Mumtaz Ansari, among others, emphasising the significance of the event in the electoral process. Their participation underscored the importance of fair and transparent elections in the democratic framework.

As Giridih braces for polling day on May 25, 2024, a meticulously selected team comprising 6860 male and 198 female polling personnel, alongside reserve officers, stands poised to execute their duties with diligence and dedication. Their collective effort aims to ensure a seamless and efficient electoral process, upholding the integrity of the democratic process in Giridih constituency.
