Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will hold roadshows in East and South Delhi Lok Sabha constituencies in the national Capital on Saturday to campaign for AAP candidates and seek blessings from the Delhiites to vote for them for the upcoming Lok Sabha 2024 elections.

Delhi will go to polls in the sixth phase of the seven-phase election on May 25 and the counting of votes is slated to take place on June 4. With about 15 days left for polling in Delhi, the senior AAP leader will hold a roadshow to support AAP East Delhi candidate Kuldeep Kumar and South Delhi candidate Sahiram Pahalwan.

"He will hold roadshows in the two constituencies," a party leader said. Under a seat-sharing arrangement between the Congress and the AAP, the former has fielded candidates from three Lok Sabha seats in Delhi while the latter is contesting from the remaining four. While the Congress is contesting from Chandni Chowk, North east Delhi and North west Delhi, AAP has fielded from East Delhi, West Delhi, South Delhi and New Delhi.

BJP's Harsh Malhotra is contesting against AAP's Kuldeep Kumar in East Delhi constituency and BJP's Ramvir Singh Bidhuri is fighting for the South Delhi seat against AAP's Sahiram Pahalwan. From the West Delhi seat, AAP has fielded Mahabal Mishra against BJP's Kamaljeet Sehrawat and from the New Delhi seat the party has fielded Somnath Bharti against BJP's Bansuri Swaraj.
