Uni GAUGE E

The Uni-GAUGE-E is an all India online entrance exam conducted for admissions to  BE and BTech courses at member institutions of ERA Foundation. With Uni-GAUGE-E scores, one gets an opportunity to choose many universities offering courses like aeronautical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering and many more streams.

Some of the universities are MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (Karnataka); Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT ADT, Pune); Ajeenkya DY Patil University; Karpagam University; Periyar Maniammai University; Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Viswa Mahavidyalaya; Reva University; Manav Rachna International University(MRIU); Kl University; Dayananda Sagar University; Saveetha University and Kaziranga University

Eligibility

Candidates should have passed 10+2 or Higher Secondary or equivalent examination from a recognised State / Central Government Board. Students must have scored a minimum 45 per cent aggregate marks (40 per cent in respect of SC, ST and OBC candidates) in Physics and Mathematics as their compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or  Biology or any other technical vocational courses as one of the optional subjects.

Diploma students looking for admission to Engineering streams are eligible. Candidates appearing for the above examinations in the current academic year are also eligible to apply.

Exam Pattern

The exam will be divided into three subjects — Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, each comprising of 60 MCQ questions of total 180 marks. The medium of examination will be English only. There will be no negative marking for wrong answer. In order to familiarise the students to the computer based test, Mock Test will be made available on the website.

Important dates

The last date for the submission of application form is April 20, 2017 and the admit card will be available on the website https://unigauge.com  from May 5 to 13, 2017. The exam is scheduled to be held on May 14 and the results will be out on May 29, 2017.
