Jehangirabad Police have nabbed a 32-year-old miscreant involved in sexually assaulting his 14-year-old niece and molesting her mother at Jehangirabad area.
Police said that the accused Dilshad Khan was arrested after complaint was lodged by her sister-in-law and niece of molestation and sexual assault.The victim in her complaint stated that she was sexually assaulted by her uncle while her mother was also molested by the accused.
She told the police that on Sunday she found her mother crying and when she asked the reason she told that Dilshad uncle is not good and stay away from him and never go along with him after which the victim shared that around a week ago when she was alone at house Dilshad came and sexually assaulted her and before leaving he escaped her not to report the incident to police and family.After the preliminary investigation the police found registered a case of sexual assault and molestation and started investigation.
The accused was nabbed by the police and was sent under police custody.Meanwhile Nishatpura police have booked three miscreants for assaulting and molesting a 32-year-old married woman near Bhanpur bridge on Monday.
The mother of victim used to live with the accused Ishaaq for the past three years and when the victim went to meet her along with her two sisters she was assaulted and molested by accused and his two sons.
