The SIP Academy India,  has announced its SIP Abacus and Mental Arithmetic Regional Prodigy 2019 Mumbai — A Battle of Intelligence — which was held on August 11, 2019, followed by an awards ceremony.

Over 500 children of SIP Abacus aged six to 12 years participated in the competition. The students were given 11 minutes to solve a total of 280 arithmetic problems. Children showcased their skills and were faster than a calculator in solving the problems.

Dinesh Victor, MD of SIP Abacus Academy said: “These competitions develop their competitive spirit among each and every student of SIP Abacus and they improve their essential learning skills which also show up when the children grow older and go to college. We are gratified of our students' accomplishments and the way they exemplify the spirit of SIP Abacus and inspiring the generation to excel and to be successful.”
