A National Seminar on Transformation Strategies for the Emerging World of Business was organised recently by Lal Bhadur Shastri Institute Of Management And Technology in the Capitol.
Seminar was inaugurated by former Central Minister and chairman for institute Anil Shastri; K J Jawa, MD, and CEO, Daikin air conditioning India; SY Siddiqui, chief mentor Maruti Suzuki Limited; institute head Dr Sanjiv Srivastav, Director Prof Rajendra Bharti.
Chief guest K J Java, MD and CEO, Daikin air conditioning India deliberated that we are surrounded by business environment that keeps on changing. It is important to create, crystallise the market. He also told about how companies should focus on competitive advantage and people centered management.
In his keynote address, SY Siddiqui, chief mentor, Maruti Suzuki Limited said that transformation starts at the top level and in the coming time, BS-IV vehicles will be replaced to BS-VI vehicles and top many should transform in the emerging world business and also dicussed about three box theory.
In his presidential address Anil Shastri emphasised that committing mistakes is a learning process, so one should not be scared from mistakes and failure.
