Barnwal fiat to complete payments of LAMPS, PACS

Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Sunil Kumar Barnwal, today directed the Deputy Commissioners of all the districts to review the pending payments of depositors in multipurpose and agricultural cooperatives (LAMPS and PACS) and settle them on priority basis. The Principal Secretary gave this instruction while reviewing the matter of non-payment of Maturity Money of Anoop Kumar Meharia of Jamtada, who deposited the money in a recurring account in Fatehpur Lamps. The Principle Secretary was reviewing cases in the weekly review program of Jansamvad Kendra at Suchna Bhawan.

Rameshwar Modi of Deoghar complained that error in online entry of land in Jharbhumi has not been corrected even after two years. On this the Principle Secretary instructed to issue show cause to Sadar Circle Officer of Deoghar. He also instructed the Deputy Commissioners of all the districts to review the errors of the land details on the website and correct them on priority basis.

Land of Nirmal Chandra Sen, Pindrajora in Bokaro, was acquired for the Highway-32, in 2007 in lieu of which the compensation has not been paid so far. On this, Principal Secretary, directed the Nodal Officer of the district to examine the land documents and execute the matter in a week.

Kunda Mauja land of Manohar Yadav, Chatra was acquired in August 2007 in order to build a camp for CRPF; however he has not been paid compensation so far. On this the Principle Secretary instructed the Home, Jail and Disaster Management Department to execute the matter within a week.

Narender Singh of Palamu died in March 2017, his wife Rinki Devi was not given a family benefit till now, the principal secretary instructed the Regional Officer and SDO of the concerned Block Panki to show-cause and said that if the family benefit is not paid by next Tuesday, then the guilty officer will be marked and suspended.

Mohammed Sheikh Qasim retitred from the post of watchman from Narayanpur Block office of Jamtara in 2003 but he has not been paid ACP so far. The principle Secretary ordered show-cause to District Welfare Officer, Jamtada for negligence.

Complain about coal being loading and unloading from a siding point of Gola road railway station, Ramgarh came in Jansamvad. While reviewing this matter, the Principle Secretary directed the nodal officer to inspect the site with the Chief and District Mining Officer and after inspecting the site, he directed to auction the coal till next Tuesday.

In January 2013, during the service Golu Lohar, employed on the post of peon in irrigation division, Bundu, Ranchi, died. However his dependent son Ajay Kumar Lohar has not got job on compassion so far. On this the Principle Secretary instructed to ensure appointment before the next 'Seedhi Baat' program or strict action will be taken against the guilty.

On the complaint of not receiving the compensation of the acquired land of 700 raiyats for constructing the path from Ramana to Majhiyaon Garhwa district, the Principle Secretary ordered the land acquisition officer, to ensure payment to raiyats within a month.
