CM to campaign in Rajasthan on April 19-20

While teams of Bharatiya Janata Party leaders and office bearers from Uttarakhand have left to campaign in West Bengal and Chhattisgarh, chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat will be campaigning in Rajasthan on April 19 and 20.

The BJP state media in-charge Devendra Bhasin informed that after the recent conclusion of polling in Uttarakhand for the Lok Sabha election, the chief minister and other senior leaders of the party are going to other states to participate in the election campaign for the party. The chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat will be campaigning at Jaipur in Rajasthan on April 19 and 20. Teams of BJP leaders and office bearers from Uttarakhand have already left for Chhattisgarh and West Bengal while the lists of leaders and office bearers for other states are being finalised, added Bhasin.

It is pertinent to mention here that while eight party leaders from Uttarakhand are participating in the election campaign in Chhattisgarh, 21 are participating in the campaign in West Bengal.

State minister Dhan Singh Rawat, MLA Mahendra Bhatt, state cooperative bank chairman Dan Singh Rawat, MLA Mukesh Koli, district Panchayat member Gajpal Barthwal, cooperative bank chairman Narendra Manas, former district head Vinod Suyal and former district head Mahavir Kukreti were listed for campaign in Chhattisgarh.

On the other hand, the 21 leaders and office bearers listed for campaign in West Bengal include the Union minister of State for Textiles, Ajay Tamta, party’s state vice president Raju Bhandari, state general secretary Gajraj Singh Bisht, party’s state minister Kuldeep Kumar, State office in-charge Pushkar Singh Kala, state head of party’s
