Delhi beats Haryana 32-27 at Kabaddi Competition 2019

Central Secretariat Delhi defeated Haryana by 32-27 points in the men's category marking the last day of All India Civil Services Kabaddi Competition 2019.

It is to be noted that the competition was held from February 1 to 5 at the city stadium and won the final match in the men’s category. Besides, in the women category, the RSB Rajasthan winner and Madhya Pradesh team became the runner-up. In the same way, the Haryana team got the runners-up title in the men's section. In the men's category, the team of Himachal Pradesh won the third place in Bengaluru.

Players of the winners and runners-up teams will be given the charge of Operator Sports and Youth Welfare S.L. Thoussen honored with the medal and the trophy. All the officers and players congratulated the players.

On this occasion, Secretary, Central Kabaddi Sangha and Secretary, Indian Kabbadi Sangh, Srikrishna Lakhk, AGM Bhel Sports Ajay Saxena, Convenor Central Secretary Rakesh Khatri, Joint Director B.S. Yadav, Assistant Director, J.C. Chairman of the Board of Referee; there were other national conclusive and large number of players, including Sharma, Patiraj Singh Baghel.

It is worth mentioning that in this five-day competition, about 470 players from them 23 men and teams of 7 women players from across the country have a talent pool. Besides, famous international and star players of the country are also participating in All India Civil Services Kabaddi Competition. These include Rahul Chaudhary, Pradeep Narwal, Mohit Chillar, Amit Hooda and Sandeep Narwal of Delhi.
