The Vivekananda Pathak Manch here will hold a literary competition, “Srujan Jhara”, on the occasion of its golden jubilee celebrations.
The literary forum of Nua Rampas under Hatadihi block of Keonjhar district has been promoting Odia literary writing and reading among schoolchildren relentlessly for the last 50 years under the leadership of writer and educationist Rabindra Kumar Nayak.
The Manch has invited poems (30 lines each) and short stories (1,000 words each) based on 'winter' from persons of age group of 16 to 28 years; and about 30 of the best poems and stories will be published in the special edition of “Sarjana”. The best writers will be felicitated at the annual function of the Manch on December 30.
