Panchayat and rural development department has issued schedule for the de-limitation of wards for the three-tier Panchayat general election 2019-2020, fixation of areas and reservation.
As per the order issued by panchayat and rural development department, secretariat (Mahandi Bhawan) based on the 2011 population, the primary preparation for delimitation of village Panchayat will be done from September 11 to 15.
Based on the population the proposed new delimitation publication will be done on September 18. It would be followed by receipt of claims and objections till September 27.
Resolving the claims and objections on first publication will be taken up from September 28-October 3.
