It is prevalent perception in the society that the arrest of the accused is the solution to the case but the real success is achieved when the accused is proved guilty in the court and for this, prosecution and police need to work in better coordinated manner, said G Raghuram, Director of the Judicial Academy Bhopal and Chief Guest of the program on the closure ceremony of three-day "Cyber Crime Investigation and Intelligence Summit" held at Madhya Pradesh Police Academy, Bhori.
Addressing the closing session of the summit he said that every citizen of the country is an employer for public servants. Therefore, the public servant should do his work keeping in mind humanity. In the near future Artificial Intelligence will be a big challenge for the police. Therefore, the police will have to work with special vigil by mastering cyber techniques.
On the occasion Satya of Facebook, India Vice President of Clear Trail Institute Manohar Katoch and representatives of officials associated with the organization were present.
The summit was organized by the Madhya Pradesh Police in collaboration with the Soft Click Foundation, UNICEF and the Clemere Trail Communication Analyzer.
On the last day of the summit, Yashpal Singh, Deputy Director of Madhya Pradesh Judicial Academy gave information about the admissibility of electronic evidence.
Prashant Mali, Founder President of "Cyber Law Consulting, Advocates and Attorneys" elaborated on the cyber laws. R. Shakya, Senior Officer, Ministry of Communications, Government of India, spoke about the IT Telegraph Act and the subjects related to it.
