Instructions have been issued by the State Election Commission to Collectors and District Election Officers to appoint Campus Ambassadors for help in revision work of photo electoral rolls for urban bodies’ general election 2019-20. Students of colleges and universities will be appointed as campus ambassadors. Two campus ambassadors including one girl and one boy student will be made in each co-education college.
The Secretary of the Commission Sunita Tripathi said that campus ambassador should not have any affiliation with any political party.
