Visitor from Delhi goes missing from guest house

A person who had left for a morning walk in Delhi, checked in at a guest house in Haridwar on Saturday evening. However, on Sunday, this person went missing from the guest house.

This odd case was reported to the police in Jwalapur kotwali. According to information provided by official sources, a person named Anuj Kumar Gupta reportedly left his house in Delhi for a morning walk on Saturday morning. He did not return home from the morning walk.

The Delhi police then lodged a missing person complaint.

 In the meanwhile, the Haridwar police received information from the GS guest house in the area under the jurisdiction of Jwalapur kotwali that a person had gone missing from a room. There was considerable blood shed in the bathroom of that room.

Jwalapur inspector Yogesh Singh said that a person, who is being reported to be a journalist, went out of his house in Delhi for a morning walk on Saturday morning after which he went missing.

On the same day, he checked in at the guest house in Haridwar at 5.30 PM.

He then also went missing from the guest house.

A blade and blood were found in the bathroom of the room he was occupying in the guest house.

The police have informed his relatives about the situation. The disappearance of the man is being investigated.
