During raids on office room and houses of Water Resources Executive Engineer Sarbeswar Senapati, Vigilance sleuths detected assets worth Rs 2,06,12,252 in his and his family members’ names.
Vigilance officers conducted simultaneous searches in Senapati’s office room and houses at six places in Balasore and Bhubaneswar.
The detected assets include a triple-storied building of Rs 57,40,691, one single-storied building Rs 1,34,044, two flats at Bhubaneswar of Rs 37,59,787, three plots at Baleswar of Rs 15,30,000, diposits of Rs 57,62,27, gold ornaments of Rs 10,62,000 and hard cash of 11,96,300 including Rs 11.32 lakh kept in bank locker.
